Job Summary

Driving the adoption of innovative HR solutions, the full-time Product Sales Executive, HR Solutions will manage consultative software growth, engage with clients throughout the sales lifecycle, and deliver tailored product demonstrations in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead consultative software portfolio growth by partnering with Account Executives and guiding customers through the full sales lifecycle
  • Prospect, qualify, and shape new business opportunities by conducting early discovery sessions to identify customer needs
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations to strategic stakeholders through both virtual and in-person engagements
Required qualifications
  • Proven understanding of HRIS tools through practical experience or sales of this software category
  • At least 2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions or direct experience in the construction industry
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding strategic sales targets
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills with an autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Prior experience in the construction industry or dedicated SaaS sales experience is a plus
