Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Make daily calls to customers to confirm installation appointments and reschedule as needed
  • Complete Salesforce case responses to meet departmental objectives and provide timely feedback on customer satisfaction
  • Research and manage construction escalations and work requests to ensure order progress
Required Qualifications
  • Some high school coursework
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Workbench, CSG, and P2
  • Ability to work with moderate supervision and guidance
  • Accountability for individual results and team impact
