Product Sales Support Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator 3, Product Sales Support & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales teams from opportunity to order acceptance for single and multi-site customers
• Ensure accurate order entry and validate serviceability and product availability prior to order submission
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve order issues and ensure smooth order flow to installation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with internal order management systems and sales operations tools preferred
• Experience with Advanced Business Services products and workflows is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced virtual environment
