Product Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist 2, Product Sales Support & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer sales reports and client activity, providing analytical and statistical support
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and track data for sales initiatives
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and IT for database query requirements and manage customer escalations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Understanding of departmental programs, policies, and procedures
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
• Experience with data management and reporting
