Product Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Security Engineer to maintain the security and privacy of users and support the organization's commitment to security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze security vulnerabilities in web and mobile applications and collaborate with engineering teams for remediation
• Integrate security practices throughout the software development lifecycle and advocate for secure development methodologies
• Conduct security audits, testing, and assessments of applications and cloud infrastructure configurations

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in product/application security or 1-3 years in security-focused software engineering
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management, secure code review, and threat modeling
• Familiarity with secure software development practices and security-focused architecture
• Experience with at least one scripting language (Python and/or Bash preferred)
• Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
