Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Security Detection Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a Detection Engineering framework, including logging, auditing, and compliance automation
• Define logging and telemetry standards for product teams to ensure structured and SIEM-ready events
• Translate findings from security assessments into reusable product-specific detections and alert packs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in security engineering, detection engineering, or product security
• Strong understanding of logging architectures, telemetry design, and SIEM technologies
• Hands-on experience with threat detection logic and detection-as-code principles
• Proficiency in Python, JSON, and scripting for automation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
