Product Security Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Product Security Engineer will manage technical relationships with customer accounts, analyze firmware and embedded systems for vulnerabilities, and execute security assessments while leveraging advanced AI tools and a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of customer accounts, understanding their products and risks
• Analyze devices through firmware analysis, vulnerability triage, and remediation guidance
• Execute penetration tests and deliver actionable findings to both engineers and executives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role
• Hands-on experience building integrations, SDKs, or automation tools
• Proficiency in evaluating the security posture of embedded systems and firmware
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements affecting connected devices
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
