Product Security Engineer

Job Summary

Passionate about secure architecture, the full-time remote Product Security Engineer will assess security risks of new products, collaborate with engineering teams to develop threat models, and promote a security culture within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Threat model application designs and provide security risk assessments across infrastructure and applications
• Cultivate and promote a security culture through training and mentorship of software engineering teams
• Build security tooling and automations to enhance the Product Security team's practices

Required qualifications

• Experience leading architectural changes to mitigate security vulnerabilities
• Ability to communicate security topics and provide actionable direction to product teams
• Record of partnering with engineering teams to address security challenges across the stack
• Working knowledge of modern development concepts such as containerization and continuous integration
