Product Security Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with engineers to assess security risks of new products and features, the full-time remote Product Security Engineer will focus on threat modeling, security assessments, and cultivating a security culture within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Threat model application designs and provide security risk assessments across infrastructure and applications
• Cultivate and promote a security culture through training and mentoring software engineering teams
• Build security tooling and automations to enhance the Product Security team's practices

Required qualifications

• Experience leading architectural changes to mitigate security vulnerabilities
• Ability to communicate security topics and provide actionable direction to product teams
• Record of partnering with engineering teams to address security challenges creatively
• Working knowledge of modern development concepts, including virtualized environments and containerization
