Product Security Engineering Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time remote opportunity, the Product Security Engineering Lead will act as the primary product security engineer for key business verticals, focusing on automating and integrating Product Security services while collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to enhance security practices.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert in product security, conducting security design reviews, threat modeling, and vulnerability management
• Build and manage AI-assisted tools to automate Product Security workflows and support incident readiness
• Mentor team engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security elements with product roadmaps

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Application Security and/or Security Engineering, with a degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
• Enterprise experience in providing product security advisory and influencing security improvements
• Proficiency in secure design reviews and threat modeling
• Strong hands-on experience with Cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure, and security tooling
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for automating security workflows
