Product Security Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Security Engineering Manager to lead application security, platform security, and FedRAMP programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a high-performing team of product security engineers
• Own and evolve the secure development lifecycle, driving "shift-left" initiatives
• Design and launch a Security Foundations program to systematically eliminate vulnerabilities
• Manage the security roadmap and operations of the FedRAMP program

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on Product Security, Application Security, or Platform Security
• 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team of security engineers
• Demonstrable experience in program and project management across multiple teams
• Deep, hands-on experience with secure SDLC and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Fluency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Ruby, Java)
