Product Security Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of the Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the PSIRT, vulnerability management, and product security research team
• Mentor and coach researchers and analysts, ensuring high-quality work and team engagement
• Collaborate with external security researchers and coordinate communication of vulnerability impacts to customers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required
• Minimum of 5 years management experience in relevant security roles
• Experience in PSIRT, CSIRT, vulnerability management, or similar fields
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or CSSLP are preferred
