Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Solutions/Business Analyst to support healthcare transformation through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payer products and services
• Define business requirements and produce both client-facing and technical documentation
• Perform data analysis and validate results from development teams for implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field with eight years of experience in Healthcare Information Technology, or a High School Diploma/GED with twelve years of experience
• Six years of experience in the Healthcare industry, particularly with data analytics related to health plans
• Six years of experience in requirements gathering and analysis
• Six years of experience writing SQL queries for large data warehouses
• Five years in an analyst role documenting business rules and source to target mapping
