Product Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To support the growth of a pioneering AI-powered platform, the full-time remote Product Solutions Architect will lead product-focused pitches, tailor real-time demos to client needs, and develop scoped solutions that align with product and engineering capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in pre-sales cycles, leading technical discovery and product-focused pitches while collaborating closely with Commercial and Solutions Design teams
- Translate client goals into credible solutions and implementation roadmaps, ensuring alignment between sales and product delivery
- Prototype solutions during discovery and oversee the technical implementation process, maintaining a focus on scalable and maintainable deployments
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or solutions consulting, preferably in SaaS or pharma technology
- Proven ability to lead technical discovery and conduct custom demos for enterprise clients
- Hands-on technical expertise in scoping feasibility, prototyping, and building solutions
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and platform configuration
- Experience in pharma commercial, market access, or HCP engagement is a significant plus
