Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Solutions Lead (Employer Segment) to bridge the gap between customers and product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the "voice of the employer" to translate market needs into actionable product insights
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Executive leadership to prioritize new features based on market evidence
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in high-level meetings, addressing technical questions related to benefits integration


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Health Benefits/Insurance, particularly in Alternative Funding
  • Deep knowledge of the employer benefits landscape including ERISA and self-funding
  • Proven ability to develop structured problem statements and business cases from market feedback
  • Experience in roles that bridge Sales/Consulting and Product/Operations
  • Comfortable presenting to C-suite stakeholders and defending business decisions
