Product Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Solutions Specialist to support their internal technology events team by building and maintaining Airtable-based systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operationalize Airtable bases for data tracking related to events
• Define and manage data architecture to ensure accuracy and support collaborative workflows
• Create and manage forms and dashboards for real-time insights and reporting throughout the conference lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in data operations or product support for large-scale programs
• Advanced proficiency in Airtable, including relational database setup and automation
• Proven ability to build user-friendly forms, workflows, and reporting dashboards
• Experience collaborating with non-technical partners to translate needs into system solutions
• Familiarity with front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
