Product Sourcing Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MX Product Sourcing Coordinator to manage product sourcing and supplier relationships while ensuring quality and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and quality for products
• Facilitate the delivery of product samples and maintain accurate records for the product pipeline
• Create and manage "Golden Samples" to ensure quality standards are met throughout production

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in a sourcing agent setting, preferably with products from China
• Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and managing multiple products
• Understanding of RFQ processes, MOQ negotiation, and international shipping terms
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards and import/export regulations
• Proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets for cost analysis and tracking
