Product Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for product marketing efforts, suggesting ideas for use cases, content, and templates
• Become a knowledgeable user of the company's product, reporting bugs and suggesting improvements
• Support sales enablement and marketing efforts by maintaining data source sandboxes and offering demos and support for advanced technical use cases

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced spreadsheet knowledge, including complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, and troubleshooting
• Minimum 3 years experience in operations, sales analysis, or consulting in a B2B SaaS startup environment
• Familiarity with at least one of the company's core ICPs (Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Analysts)
• Understanding of data visualization principles and knowledge of common business data systems
• Experience ideating or creating content explaining product features to internal and external users
