Job Summary
Becoming a subject matter expert in Keystone software products, the full-time Product Specialist will train customers, provide professional services, and manage customer relationships in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Train customers on Keystone software products both on-site and remotely, including developing training materials and follow-up documentation
- Provide billable professional services such as implementation support, configuration guidance, and tailored training engagements
- Serve as a Tier 3 customer support resource, handling complex issues and coordinating with the development team to resolve them
Required qualifications
- Ability to develop deep product knowledge independently and apply it in customer-facing situations
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong interest in building long-term customer relationships and delivering professional services
- Familiarity with enterprise-level software setup and administration
- Experience in software training, adaptable for both technical and non-technical audiences
