Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Specialist in the Pacific Time Zone for full-time remote customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert on the products and provide guidance to customers
  • Identify sales opportunities, provide demos, and drive sales growth
  • Assist with technical support, vendor onboarding, billing, security, and training

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of customer support/sales experience in a SaaS/technology startup
  • Experience working remotely and asynchronously
  • Passionate about process improvement and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Understanding of KPIs and motivation for success measurement
  • Ability to work within Pacific Time Zone hours
