Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Specialist to support the execution, optimisation, and ongoing improvement of digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in executing the product roadmap and feature rollouts
• Act as a central point of coordination between various teams to gather and prioritise user feedback
• Monitor product adoption and analyse user behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a Product, Product Operations, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong experience supporting Product Managers and cross-functional teams
• Ability to turn business needs and user insights into structured product outputs
• Analytical mindset with experience working with product metrics and qualitative feedback
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and scaling environment
