Product Specialist

Job Summary

To shape impactful product decisions, the full-time remote Product Specialist will translate customer needs into engaging user experiences while collaborating with design and product management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a functional product that aligns with user needs
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Creative Director to conduct research and prototype new user experiences
• Create visual assets, wireframes, and design guidelines for implementation using the ShadCN design library

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with user research and journey mapping
• Strategic approach to design considering usability, accessibility, and business impact
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
