Product Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the lifecycle of third-party technology products, the hybrid Product Specialist will oversee licensing, vendor management, and product performance to ensure successful delivery and optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including launch, adoption, scaling, and retirement
• Partner with vendors and procurement teams on contracts, renewals, and performance tracking
• Define MVPs and success metrics while monitoring product performance and operational health

Required qualifications

• Experience in enterprise technology environments (cloud, infrastructure, or SaaS)
• Exposure to product operations, IT product management, or vendor management
• Understanding of software licensing and asset/compliance concepts
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional enterprise teams
