Product Specialist

Job Summary

To shape impactful user experiences, the full-time remote Product Specialist will translate customer needs into intuitive designs, manage the design process from concept to execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a well-thought-out and functional product design
• Own the design process by translating customer needs into engaging and intuitive interfaces
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to conduct research and prototype new user experiences

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
• Experience with user research, journey mapping, and data-informed design decisions
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
