Job Summary

Training customers on Keystone software products both on-site and remotely, the full-time Product Specialist will develop training materials, provide implementation support, and serve as a Tier 3 customer support resource in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Train customers on Keystone software, including developing training materials and planning agendas
  • Provide billable professional services such as implementation support and tailored training engagements
  • Serve as a Tier 3 support resource for complex customer issues, coordinating with the development team for resolutions
Required qualifications
  • Quick learner with the ability to develop deep product knowledge independently
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interest in building long-term customer relationships
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level software setup and administration
  • Experience in software training for both technical and non-technical audiences
