Product Specialist

Job Summary

Owning a defined product surface, the full-time remote Product Specialist will become the resident expert on the platform, diagnosing agent behavior, managing customer feedback, and enabling users while collaborating closely with the product team.

Key responsibilities

• Become the resident expert on a defined Siena product surface and diagnose agent behavior with authority
• Run the feedback loop to the product manager, turning customer patterns into prioritized signals that shape the roadmap
• Develop enablement materials, including documentation and live-chat resources, while supporting sales and conducting market research

Required qualifications

• Experience in product management, product marketing, or customer experience roles
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in real-world scenarios
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Genuine curiosity about product functionality and a willingness to engage with support tasks
• Experience in e-commerce, DTC brands, or community management is a plus
