Job Summary
To support customer engagement, the full-time hybrid Product Specialist will train clients on Keystone software products, provide implementation support, and manage customer relationships while developing deep product knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Train customers on Keystone software products, developing training materials and providing follow-up documentation
- Serve as a Tier 3 customer support resource, addressing complex issues and coordinating with the development team
- Conduct comprehensive testing of new software modules and maintain accurate software documentation
Required qualifications
- Quick learner with the ability to independently develop deep product knowledge
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with minimal supervision
- Experience in software training for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with enterprise-level software setup and administration
- Proficiency with advanced Excel features and the Office 365 suite
