Job Summary

To support customer engagement and product training, the full-time Product Specialist will develop training materials, provide implementation support, and serve as a subject matter expert for Keystone software products in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Train customers on the use of Keystone software products, both on-site and remotely, while developing training materials and follow-up documentation
  • Provide billable professional services, including implementation support and tailored training engagements, while managing customer relationships independently
  • Serve as a Tier 3 customer support resource, handling escalated issues and performing comprehensive testing of new software modules
Required qualifications
  • Quick learner with the ability to develop deep product knowledge independently
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong interest in building long-term customer relationships and delivering professional services
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level software setup and administration
  • Experience in software training for both technical and non-technical audiences
