Product Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting grower and ag retailer customers, the full-time remote Product Specialist will educate clients on Massey Ferguson and Fendt products and technology, conduct product demonstrations, and enhance customer satisfaction throughout the Northeast US territory.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to optimize product performance and efficiency
• Execute education and training sessions on product and technology offerings
• Coordinate and assist with customer-oriented events, including clinics and dealer events

Required qualifications

• High school diploma with 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or technical support in the agricultural industry
• Experience operating agricultural equipment and knowledge of technology products in agriculture
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• 2+ years of sales experience in a dealer-based distribution channel
• Strong agronomy knowledge and effective communication skills
