Product Specialist

Job Summary

To support the development of impactful user experiences, the full-time remote Product Specialist will translate customer needs into intuitive designs, manage the design process from concept to execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a well-thought-out and functional product by translating customer needs into engaging and intuitive interfaces
• Own the design process from concept to execution, including developing user cases, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to conduct research and prototype new user experiences

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems and symbol libraries
• A strategic approach to design thinking that considers usability, accessibility, and business impact
• Experience with user research, journey mapping, and data-informed design decisions
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles
