Job Summary

Acting as a primary point of contact for user support, the full-time remote Product Specialist will manage investigations, facilitate AI adoption, and maintain product documentation while enhancing user experience across proprietary leasing platforms.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide user-facing support and resolution for leasing technologies, ensuring seamless experiences and adherence to support SLAs
  • Champion AI adoption by orchestrating AI-powered workflows and maintaining a living prompt library for users
  • Manage knowledge documentation, including product playbooks and user guides, to ensure accuracy and relevance as products evolve
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in product support, property technology, or leasing operations
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, including prompt building and AI-assisted workflows
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-directed and organized, capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Customer-first orientation with documented examples of high-quality support delivery
