Job Summary
Acting as a primary point of contact for user support, the full-time remote Product Specialist will manage investigations, facilitate AI adoption, and maintain product documentation while enhancing user experience across proprietary leasing platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Provide user-facing support and resolution for leasing technologies, ensuring seamless experiences and adherence to support SLAs
- Champion AI adoption by orchestrating AI-powered workflows and maintaining a living prompt library for users
- Manage knowledge documentation, including product playbooks and user guides, to ensure accuracy and relevance as products evolve
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in product support, property technology, or leasing operations
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, including prompt building and AI-assisted workflows
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-directed and organized, capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Customer-first orientation with documented examples of high-quality support delivery
