Product Specialist

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between design and product management, the full-time remote Product Specialist will translate customer needs into engaging user experiences while managing the design process from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a well-thought-out and functional product by translating customer needs into intuitive designs
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Creative Director to conduct research and prototype new user experiences
• Create visual assets and document design guidelines for implementation, utilizing the ShadCN design library

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems and symbol libraries
• Experience with user research, journey mapping, and data-informed design decisions
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
