Job Summary
To support customer engagement and training, the full-time Product Specialist will provide on-site and remote training on Keystone software products, manage customer relationships, and deliver professional services while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Train customers on Keystone software, including developing training materials and follow-up documentation
- Serve as a subject matter expert and Tier 3 support resource, addressing complex customer issues and coordinating with the development team
- Conduct comprehensive testing of software modules and manage customer relationships to build long-term trust
Required qualifications
- Quick learner with the ability to independently develop deep product knowledge
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong interest in building long-term customer relationships and delivering professional services
- Familiarity with enterprise-level software setup and administration
- Experience in software training for both technical and non-technical audiences
