Job Summary
Becoming a subject matter expert in Keystone software products, the full-time Product Specialist will train customers both on-site and remotely, provide professional services, and manage customer relationships in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Train customers on Keystone software, developing training materials and follow-up documentation
- Provide billable professional services including implementation support and tailored training engagements
- Serve as a Tier 3 customer support resource, resolving complex issues and documenting findings
Required qualifications
- Quick learner with the ability to develop deep product knowledge independently
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Strong interest in building long-term customer relationships
- Familiarity with enterprise-level software setup and administration
- Experience in software training for both technical and non-technical audiences
