Product Specialist

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative user experiences, the full-time remote Product Specialist will translate customer needs into intuitive designs, collaborate with product teams, and manage the design process from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a well-thought-out and functional product while translating customer needs into engaging interfaces
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Creative Director to conduct research, design, and prototype new user experiences
• Create user cases, wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets, documenting design guidelines for implementation

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with user research and journey mapping
• A strategic approach to design thinking that considers usability and business impact
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
