Product Specialist

Job Summary

Translating customer needs into intuitive user experiences, the full-time remote Product Specialist will manage the design process from concept to execution while collaborating with product management and user research teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a well-thought-out and functional product by translating customer needs into engaging interfaces
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to conduct research, design, and prototype new user experiences
• Create visual assets and document design guidelines for implementation

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems and symbol libraries
• Experience with user research, journey mapping, and data-informed design decisions
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
