Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Specialist, AI.

Key Responsibilities

Support at-risk customers by addressing challenges with AI products to enhance value realization
Drive post-sale product adoption by understanding customer needs and demonstrating GenAI solutions
Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot issues, educate on product usage, and assist in workflow integration

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) required, with 5+ years of preferred legal experience
Proven customer-facing experience, ideally within the legal technology sector
Familiarity with AI-Assisted Research products is advantageous
Proficient in using remote training technologies such as MS Teams and WebEx
Ability to deliver effective product training and presentations
