Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Specialist in Collision

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research including customer surveys, interviews, and competitive analysis
Develop product requirements and coordinate with Technology teams for implementation
Collaborate with various departments to roll out new products and enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, product management, business, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in delivering Software as a Service (SaaS) products
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Power BI
Experience working in an Agile SaaS environment is preferred
Equivalent work experience may be considered in absence of a degree
