Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Specialist Customer Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support advertisers by providing solutions to issues with the company's business products suite
- Own the end-to-end support experience for assigned product(s) and represent the voice of the customer
- Identify product limitations and perform data analysis to enhance product and sales processes
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or 5+ years of relevant experience required
- 5+ years of online advertising experience, preferably in measurement
- 3+ years of experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Google Analytics, MMPs, Python, Tableau, and Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and lead cross-functional projects
