Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Specialist Customer Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support advertisers with solutions to unblock issues with the business products suite
  • Own the end-to-end support experience for assigned product(s)
  • Represent the voice of the customer and develop insights to improve user experience
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of online advertising experience, preferably in measurement
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with Google Analytics, MMPs, Python, Tableau, and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of measurement solutions and web analytics
