Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Specialist Customer Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support advertisers with solutions to unblock issues with the business products suite
- Own the end-to-end support experience for assigned product(s)
- Represent the voice of the customer and develop insights to improve user experience
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of online advertising experience, preferably in measurement
- 3+ years of experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Google Analytics, MMPs, Python, Tableau, and Salesforce
- Knowledge of measurement solutions and web analytics
