Key Responsibilities

• Train and support customers on the software suite, both remotely and in-person
• Develop and maintain technical marketing tools, including documentation and training content
• Collaborate with product managers and software developers as a customer advocate for product enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Education, Customer Service, Account Management, or Sales
• Proactive self-directed attitude with effective time management skills
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
• Experience in training roles, preferably within a SaaS company
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed
