Product Specialist II

Job Summary

To manage an assigned line of business, the full-time Product Specialist II will evaluate product changes, conduct competitor analysis, and collaborate with various business units to ensure profitability and growth, with options for both remote and hybrid work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on the profitability of the assigned line of business
• Conduct market research and develop new or enhanced insurance products
• Provide support and technical training to underwriters and maintain internal reference manuals

Required qualifications

• 3 years of commercial multi-line underwriting or staff underwriting experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field
• CPCU and/or CIC designations or equivalent experience
• Experience with commercial general liability and umbrella insurance preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
