Product Specialist Trainee

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Specialist Trainee (Portuguese speaker).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized remote technical and applications support to users of analyzers in Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology
• Maintain excellent communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

• Students of Biomedical Engineering, Biomedicine, or Health and Life Sciences
• Fluent in Portuguese, with conversational and good writing skills in Spanish and English
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Interest in new technologies and analytical thinking
