Product Strategy Director

Job Summary

Partnering with product leaders to enhance AI strategy, the full-time salaried Product Strategy Director will oversee the integration of AI capabilities into product direction, manage market intelligence tracking, and support governance processes within a remote work model based on the East Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen AI strategy across product portfolios by connecting AI capabilities to strategic value and feasibility
• Define AI governance processes from a product perspective, including stakeholder communication and use case governance
• Monitor the wealth tech ecosystem to identify trends and translate insights into strategic implications for the organization

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, strategy consulting, or related fields with ownership of strategic work products
• Fluency in AI for product capabilities, including understanding of LLMs and AI workflows
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize ambiguous inputs into clear frameworks
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling and prototyping tools across the product lifecycle
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
