Product Strategy Leader

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Strategy Leader, the full-time remote position will define and execute product vision and market strategy, develop business plans, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth for the Originate product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall product vision and market strategy while identifying opportunities for expansion
• Partner with sales and marketing to shape product messaging, support deal strategies, and develop pitch materials
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define product roadmaps and incorporate customer feedback into enhancements

Required qualifications

• Experience in product management within insurtech or P&C insurance
• Strong understanding of insurance compliance, regulatory processes, or forms management
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS solutions
• Proven ability to collaborate across sales, product, and engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
