Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Strategy & Operations Manager, AI Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered tools and workflows for Product Management and Engineering teams
• Redesign end-to-end workflows using AI and automation to improve processes across product development
• Drive adoption of AI solutions and influence stakeholders to align on AI-driven ways of working

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., LLM APIs, prompt engineering)
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and related workflows
• Proven ability to implement and scale ideas from concept to execution
• Experience in process improvement or operational transformation
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
