Product Strategy Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for creating product vision and directing the product journey, the full-time remote Product Strategy Manager will oversee the performance and expansion of consumer-facing solutions, manage product backlogs, and ensure alignment with market needs and company goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead market analysis and feasibility studies to identify product opportunities and positioning
• Direct the creation and implementation of strategic and marketing plans while overseeing revenue forecasting
• Facilitate collaboration with key stakeholders to define product roadmaps and make execution decisions

Required qualifications:

• Seven years of product marketing experience in the financial services industry, particularly in digital experience and member servicing solutions
• Five years of experience in developing business plans and budgets
• Three years of leadership and management experience with a focus on staff development
• Experience in implementing and supporting origination solutions and loan underwriting processes preferred
