Job Summary

Driving high-priority strategic and operational initiatives, the full-time remote Product Strategy Operations Director will partner with senior leadership to shape organizational direction, improve operating rhythms, and ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive strategic planning, roadmap prioritization, and investment tradeoff discussions across Product & Technology
• Lead multi-quarter strategic initiatives tied to company growth and product strategy, ensuring proper prioritization and execution across functions
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on product performance and operational trends, translating complex data into actionable recommendations

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in strategy & operations, product operations, or related fields
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives
• Highly analytical, with experience using data to influence decision-making
• Proven ability to drive multi-functional initiatives from strategy through execution in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills, including experience building executive-level narratives
