Product Strategy Operations Director

Job Summary

Driving high-priority strategic and operational initiatives, the full-time remote Product Strategy Operations Director will partner with senior leadership to shape organizational direction, improve operational processes, and ensure alignment across Product, Technology, and Growth teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning and roadmap prioritization discussions across Product & Technology
• Drive operational excellence by managing planning cycles, business reviews, and decision-making processes
• Conduct analyses on product performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in strategy & operations, product operations, or related fields
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives
• Highly analytical with a proven track record of using data to influence decision-making
• Experience driving multi-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles and technology teams preferred
