Job Summary
To support the development of innovative AI infrastructure, the full-time Product Strategy & Revenue Lead will manage customer engagement, define product strategy, and drive revenue growth by translating customer needs into actionable product insights and commercial proposals.
Key responsibilities
- Translate customer pain points into clear technical and commercial strategies for product development
- Shape product motion by identifying patterns in customer feedback and defining packaging and use cases
- Own high-value customer opportunities from initial engagement through to revenue expansion and long-term partnerships
Required qualifications
- Experience in technical go-to-market roles at AI, infrastructure, or enterprise software companies
- Strong product and commercial judgment with the ability to quickly grasp technical products
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with researchers, engineers, and executives
- Deep understanding of AI infrastructure, post-training workflows, and enterprise buying processes
- Excellent written communication skills for creating customer-facing materials and proposals
